Estimated delivery time?
At Adorn Homez, we treat every order with the utmost priority and are committed to dispatching your products as swiftly as possible. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers.
Order Cut-Off Time

All orders placed before 3:00 PM IST are processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed on the following business day.
Handling Time

Our standard order handling time is 5 to 7 business days. This includes order verification, product preparation (including customization, if applicable), and packaging.
Transit Time

Within Maharashtra: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Outside Maharashtra: Estimated delivery within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Timelines & Exceptions
While we strive to dispatch all orders within the first week of the estimated timeline, delivery times may vary depending on the type of product (e.g., direct orders vs. customized items).
In rare circumstances, delivery may exceed the estimated timeline due to unforeseen issues. In such cases:

If the revised timeline is not acceptable, the customer may choose to cancel the order.

Adorn Homez strives to reduce the shipping time, though some technical glitches may result in delay. Additional fees to ship my product?
Customers don't have to pay anything extra for your order. All products at Adorn Homez are shipped absolutely free of charge throughout Pan India.

How will you deliver my purchase?
We have partnered with leading logistics companies to ensure that your ordered products arrives intact and right on time. Adorn Homez logistics are taken under care by Experience and top rated logistics service providers in India.

Can I receive my order at a different address?
Yes, Adorn Homez can deliver your ordered product at an address other than the billing address, Subject to Serviceable Pincode area. For this the customer has to inform prior to the dispatch time line, once the order is dispatch it may be not possible to change the address

Responsible upon delivery?
At the time of delivery, you are requested to ensure that the packaging is intact, Do not open the packaging, we have free installation service, our team will visit and do the complete installation, if you try to install the product by yourself, the warranty is Void. Free installation services?
Adorn Homez offers its free installation services in in all the Serviceable Region in PAN India.

Does Furniture delivered to a customer's doorstep?
Adorn Homez shall only be responsible for a door step delivery if your house or society has a service lift that can be used to deliver a medium sized product at your doorstep. In cases where the customer does not have a service lift or the lift is small to carry the product with the wooden crating, and then we shall deliver the product to the ground floor only.
